Bradford L. Atkinson & Associates, PLLC is a family-owned firm and, as such, Mr. Atkinson understands the importance of client relationships and client contact. His firm uses the latest technology and case management software and is staffed to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. The increased use of technology in our firm allows client relationships to be managed in a cost-effective way. However, our firm prides itself on the ability to personalize each case’s management to meet our clients’ individual needs. As a result of the changes that are constantly happening in the legal profession, we strive to stay current with technology to be as efficient as possible for our clients, while continuing to provide the highest-quality legal services.

Are you tech-savvy? Then you will appreciate that our firm has said goodbye to lengthy (and costly) document meetings, shorthand, and typewriters and said hello to laptops and tablets to allow for immediate data input. These technological advancements have allowed us to continue operations throughout communicate with our clients and keep them up to date with the latest status information available in their case. More importantly, the implementation of cloud-based services allows our firm to remain fully-operational without interruption, even amid COVID-19.

Not so tech-savvy? That’s ok too. While technology and efficiency are important to our firm, we also understand the importance of the fax machine, in-person meetings, U.S. mail delivery, and good-old-fashioned letterhead. Sitting with our clients face to face is part of who we are, and we always strive to maintain a true balance between technology and tradition. So don’t worry, our legal support staff isn’t going anywhere and we still use real paper and file cabinets in our office.

Our firm is staffed with experienced support staff with over 30 years of combined administrative experience. Our paralegal received certification from Sam Houston State University and serves as the firm’s case manager and liaison between Mr. Atkinson and his clients. Our administrative assistant manages the day-to-day secretarial operations of the firm. She is the friendly first point of contact for our clients, manages the office schedules, and coordinates the firm’s mediation services.
