Creative Possession Orders

I recently read an article that emphasized the importance of considering religious and secular holiday activities as well as meaningful special traditions before finalizing the details of possession and access with my clients. For example, July 4th is not a holiday covered under a Standard Possession Order, so it is extremely important for me to fully understand if that date matters to my client as we navigate a custody order (known in Texas as a possession order).

I take pride in understanding the issues important to my clients and believe that traditions and religious activities or celebrations are no exception. Contact our office now to schedule a consultation and learn how to create a comprehensive parenting plan, taking your specific circumstances into consideration.
