Bradford L. Atkinson

Bradford L. Atkinson has been providing quality legal service to individuals and families for over 24 years. As a native Texan, Mr. Atkinson prides himself on his local roots and sense of community.

“I grew up in Montgomery County surrounded by attorneys and the practice of law. As a matter of fact, my very first office was at my father’s law firm in downtown Conroe. Now, over twenty four years later, my brother and I share office space at that very same address. The idea of helping individuals in and around Montgomery County through their tough times is a life-long family tradition for sure.”

Mr. Atkinson practices all aspects of family law, including divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, mediations, and adoptions. As a father himself, Mr. Atkinson understands firsthand the importance of family and provides clients with the advice, counsel and representation they need during difficult times. Mr. Atkinson is also a well-respected certified mediator who helps parties navigate their complex custody and property cases using the State’s alternative dispute resolution process.

Education

Mr. Atkinson graduated from Texas A&M University, then earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2000.
